Our team will be on site during both events in Manavgat. Rental of Concept2 Coastal oars is possible during each event period.

If Spare Racing Days are needed, the rental period can be extended to cover these days at no extra cost.

Important Availability Information

Due to the event location, the number of Coastal oars we can bring is limited. We kindly ask each team/nation to consider reducing the number of oars rented – for example, by sharing equipment between different races or heats. World Rowing provides a provisional timetable on their website to assist with planning.

If we feel that a team has ordered an excessive number of oars, we reserve the right to adjust the quantities. Our goal is to ensure that every team has the opportunity to rent equipment.

Rules for Blade Colours

You can race with the white Concept2 blades. If you want to put your team colours on the blades, you must use vinyl stickers. When you return the oars, the blades must be white again.

FAQ – Oar Rental for 2025 Coastal Events

  • Payment is handled securely via PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account – a credit or debit card is sufficient.

  • Pick-up and return takes place at the Concept2 booth located in the Oar & Boat Rental Provider Area at the regatta venue.

  • Grip choices can be discussed at pick-up and accommodated if stock allows.

  • You can find detailed information on the available sculls directly on the booking page below.

  • Yes, please have your booking confirmation ready, including the QR code provided in the confirmation email. A digital version on your phone is perfectly fine.

  • Yes, changes and cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before your booked time slot. After that, no refunds or modifications can be made.

    Please note: If a race is cancelled at the regatta, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for oar rentals, as the equipment has been reserved and prepared specifically for you. We recommend booking only once your racing schedule is confirmed if you're planning to rent oars just for your event(s).
